We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

We also keep all of your information in a secured location and will always maintain electronically stored information in an encrypted manner. Any interaction online between you and online servers and/or websites, owned and operated by Netbytes®, will always be encrypted to ensure your privacy. Any and all backups made by Netbytes are also encrypted for your privacy.

What information do we collect?

Our public web servers only collect information from you when you fill out and submit an online form. If you use any of our hosted services we also track your login and access information for the protection of you and others. We may also use this information to determine how to better configure any services we offer or in preparation for deploying new hosted solutions. And, of course, if we are hosting an application on your behalf, or one designed to be used for multi-tenant access which you may utilize, the given application will collect any and all information required for it to perform its tasks. However we do not glean any information from these applications unless requested by you.

When requesting information, ordering, or registering on any of our sites you may be asked to enter your: Name, Email Address, and/or phone number. However we only require your Name, Email Address, and the Country in which you are located whenever you request information from any of our public web sites. Any other information you submit is optional and at your control.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. For example, you will note that any access to our systems requires a secure SSL connection. You can ensure this is the case by looking at the address bar of your browser where you will note an indicator confirming you have a secure connection. (This is usually indicated by the presence of a closed padlock.) We also store all data on encrypted disks. So none of your information, be it on the wire or on a disk, is ever in an unencrypted state.

There are many other measures we take which we will gladly explain further if you desire. Simply call us at our main number (above), or request additional information via our online Contact Us form, and someone will be able to get you any additional information that you seek.

Cookies are generated by web servers and stored on your local device. They are generally intended to be retrieved 'as needed' by the orignal generating web servers. Unfortunately sometimes third-parties may try to gain an understanding as to the layout of a given website, and a user's information, by attempting to retrieve and analyze cookies generated by other websites. In these instances the cookies on your local device can be exploited for purposes of marketing, or other types of undesired activity, if they are not securely generated.

Rest assured that all of Netbytes® corporate servers will only communicate with your devices via encrypted mechanisms, like TLS & SSL, and we will not send or accept any cookies that don't use these secure mechanisms to protect your privacy and the integrity of both your and our systems.

Do we disclose any information to third-parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any of your personally identifiable information to third-parties not affiliated with Netbytes.

However we do sometimes use subcontractors to assist us when needed. On a case-by-case basis we may determine that disclosure of your personally identifiable information is required for the given subcontractor to perform the duties to which we have them tasked. If this situation does arise, we always enter into a legally binding agreement between the subcontractor and Netbytes® to underscore the importance of keeping any personal information they may acquire access to confidential and secure.

We may also release your information if compelled by law.

How do we use your information?

Any information we collect from you is only used to return a request for information instigated via a webserver request form submission or 'as needed' to perform tasks which you have asked us to perform on your behalf. We may also use your information to improve and personalize the solutions and services we offer.
