Spencer's Expectations & Boundaries
All video game and computer usage will be revoked for
one weekend day per each infraction of the following list of expected behavior.
So, for example, two infractions mean that both Friday and Saturday are days
lost for computer and game activities. However, which particular day of revocation
will be at the discretion of the custodial parent for the given weekend.
Monday of the next week resets the infraction counter. (This may be
modified to stricter limitations if Spencer persistently fails to perform within
the established boundaries.)
Video Games and computer usage will be limited to
2.5 hours per school day. [Monday - Thursday] (No 'banking' of hours to be used on
other days allowed.)
Monday – Friday video games and computer usage will be limited to between the hours of 4:00 – 11:00.
(On Friday afternoons the start time of 4:00 is in effect. However, the
11:00 end time window is not.) There are no exceptions even if Spencer is home sick.
If a late or missed assignment is not discovered until the following week then computer privileges will be
lost either the day of notification or the day after. The selection of which of these days will be enforced is at the discretion of the
parents. However, it can be no later than the day after notification by the school. So, for example, if it is discovered on Tuesday that
last Friday an assignment was not handed in at school then computer and game privileges will be revoked either that Tuesday or the next
day. (e.g. Wednesday)
All homework assignments must be turned in on time and complete.
Spencer owns, and is responsible, for all things related to his school work being successful. This includes, but is not limited to:

Completing all assignments, including online assignments, even when sick.
Making up all missed tests within expected teacher timeframes.
Promptly informing his parents of all things they are supposed to be informed about.
Showing the proper respect to all teachers.
Any school related expected behaviors not listed here.
